About The Brand

I grew up in Southwest Missouri, raising Angus beef cattle, like most people in small-town communities, most people work a full-time job, and raise a herd of cattle for food for their families and friends as well as supplemental income. When your herd means so much to you and those you love you treat them with the respect only a farmer can. All our meats are sourced from Midwest farms where they have access to open ranges and natural hay fields until the snow covers the ground and then they eat hay that was harvested from those same midwestern fields in the year, so the cows grow up how nature intended. I started this company to let those in the city appreciate the hard work that is done on the farms to raise fantastic healthy U.S. beef at a manageable price.
